The idea: give a busy clinic one simple place to capture and track the small jobs that keep the practice running, usable by non-technical staff between patients.

What Oasis Tasks Does

Quick jobs

Receptionists, nurses, dentists and managers can create tasks in seconds, so nothing gets lost in the run of a busy day.

Reminders and updates

Assign reminders to a job and add progress updates as it moves along.

Staff approvals

Managers can approve and manage staff and their access to the board.

Shift notes

Leave handover notes between shifts so the next team picks up where the last left off.

Role-aware views

What each person sees and can do depends on their role, keeping the board relevant to each user.

Manager and admin export

Managers and admins can export the visible data for record-keeping and review.
